What is Milk Kefir?
Milk kefir is made by fermenting cow's milk with live active kefir grains.
Milk Kefir is unlike most other dairy products because it is easily digestible as the proteins in the milk are broken down, and hence are virtually in a pre-digested state. The probiotics in milk kefir may help with various digestive problems, by increasing the number of good bacteria in the gut as such boosting ones immune system, heal inflammatory bowel disease, build bone density, fight allergies and food intolerance , improve lactose digestion, kill candida, prevent cancer and support detoxification.

Most beneficial if consumed in the morning on an empty stomach in the morning, 30 minutes before meals and 2 hours after dinner.
Keep refrigerated and airtight for up to 15 days. Milk Kefir may separate into whey and curds - that’s normal. Shake well before serving!
