Active Water Kefir Grains
You will receive 4 tablespoons of Water Kefir Grains which will produce one litre of finished Water Kefir per day. 
The grains will grow very quickly and within weeks you will have enough to make several litres of Kefir at a time. 
Water Kefir Grains can be used to ferment Sugar Water, Coconut Water and Fruit Juices. 
However, if fermenting Coconut Water and Fruit Juices, be sure to rest your grains in a Sugar Water Solution for at least 2 days in between ferments to avoid them going out of balance.
